Outdoor Touch Screen for Snowdonia National Park.

We recently installed one of our outdoor screens at the visitor centre for Snowdonia National Park. The main challenges for installing outdoor digital signage in this type of environment are ensuring screens are vandal proof, are highly visible in bright sunlight and can operate in extreme temperatures and conditions. We only use top quality screens that are extremely reliable and designed especially to operate in these conditions – we always advise on the best options to suit the individual requirements of an installation.

For the Snowdonia installation it was also required that visitors could select various information by touching the screen so touch screen capability was needed as was the need to be able to easily update the content.

The Snowdonia outdoor screen has been a great success with the Head of Technology Implementation at the visitor centre saying:
