“I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Digital Media Systems to provide us with four new digital screens that show off our menu items and customer information. The feedback from our customers has been great and it has made the ordering process at The Vine much easier”

4 x 43” squareVIEW Digital Menu Boards, each equipped with our secure access DSA Media Players, which allow remote Wi-Fi access. Content can be easily managed by staff at The Vine.
The Vine is a family run business in West Bromwich, which opened in 1978 and has an enviable reputation for great food from their famous indoor BBQ. The award-winning restaurant was one of the first to open as a bar and grill and has gone from strength to strength over the last 38 years.
Digital Media Systems were briefed with replacing two landscape digital screens from another supplier, which had failed, as well as installing additional signs to replace the outdated chalkboards at the restaurant
Bharat Patel, Director of The Vine said: “The new digital signs allow us to keep up with our competition and allow us to update content quickly to promote our different menus, depending on the time of day. The feedback from our customers so far has been very positive and has made the ordering process much easier for our customers.”
Mr Patel added: “Ryan was very helpful. We sent him photos of where we wanted the screens to go and he was able to guide us through the process. His knowledge was valuable and was one of the main reasons why we chose to work with Digital Media Systems.
“An installation date was given and the installation of all four screens was completed within a day. The project was delivered on time, within our budget and fulfilled our expectations.
“With the help of the team at Digital Media Systems we were able to adjust to the change in software and I was very impressed with the turnaround and quality of the content work produced.
“I would highly recommend the services of Digital Media Systems and I look forward to working with them again in the future.”
