Position:   Sales Professional (Brighouse)
Area:         Digital Signage Solutions

To start ASAP, Full-time position - 35 hours a week, we may consider term time hours or increasing / decreasing hours for the right candidate.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business leads, preparing reports and spreadsheets, assisting the planning of sales promotions, telesales & general office duties. Ideally the candidate will be willing to undertake further training in this field with a view to becoming a key account manager in the future.

This role requires significant cold-calling, networking, courtesy and follow-up calls in order to create interest in products & services and generate new business leads. Interaction with clients may be face-to-face or over the telephone.

Digital Media Systems is a small but growing Digital Signage & AV company selling, installing and supporting the Business, Corporate and Education markets. We are looking to recruit an experienced sales executive to join our successful sales team, based at our new offices in the centre of Brighouse.

You will ideally have a minimum of 12 months sales experience, with a proven track record in business development. You will be a strong, effective communicator, with the ability to influence decision makers at a senior level. You will be self motivated, commercially aware, with the drive and ambition to be successful in a competitive market.

The role itself will see you getting involved in the sale of Digital Signage hardware and software & Audio Visual equipment from market leading vendors. You will be proactively generating new business opportunities cold calling & using the existing database, as well as managing and developing the relationship with current, active accounts. You will work the full sales cycle, from business development call, through generating proposals and quotes and closing deals.

A basic salary is on offer for the right candidate, along with an uncapped commission. You will receive comprehensive system and product training, and have the chance to progress your career into key account management.
